That's the stone golem, Triangle Service's mascot (he's in several of their games and makes a cameo right at the beginning of stage 1-1 in Shikigami No Shiro III). There's a *different* robot sitting in the middle of a platform that will salute you, I think on Stage 3, and will give 100K bonus if you shoot all the enemies on the left, then pass through the right side with the rotating flamethrowers. He also mentioned having to pause the game for this to work, (i hadn't tried it yet myself.)
That would be Trizeal stage 6. Before Tridyn get's out of his chair, there's a 25 frame window where you have to press Start to trigger the gift.Aquas wrote: 2.
