Batrider WR - 29m or 36m?

Post by ave »

Hiya,
I just checked out YouTube for Batrider again for the first time in years, and I found a fantastic superplay video by a guy called Mr. Hamami-kun. He plays extraordinarily, has great strategies and it's the first video I've ever seen of the entire game until the clear.

I went on to check the current WR on the boards here (which are usually up to date) and it says 29m. But this guys cores 36m... so I'm wondering, is this video known and for some proven concern it doesn't count (TAS?), or has it just slipped by? The YouTube-video has less than 2000 views, same as the original on NicoNico Douga (by the same guy).

Correct me if this is some old news and I'm the grandpa who just wants to believe, but I am stunned right now after watching :P

The 36m replay is a TAS, the Nico video is tagged as such.

Obvious TAS is obvious.

And you can take a look at his other videos that scream TAS all along.

Nice watch though, thanks for the link!

It's been known to exist since December 2014.
