A youtuber told me that this is the best forum when it comes to PVMs and retro gaming so I decided to visit you guys

I have the chance to get a Sony PVM 2130QM for around 50€ (without the "remote bar/board?" if you know what I mean) So I was trying to find out how to connect my old consoles to the monitor before I decide to purchase it. (basically SNES, MegaDrive, N64, PS1 I am from europe so all of it are PAL consoles.)
But I get contradicting information on whether or not the monitors SCART input accepts RGB.
Some people say it does accept standard console scart rgb others say it does not. Some say it will ONLY display composite and pretty much ignore the RGB. Some say it wont show anything because it gets sync problems.
Some say a 2130 does accept RGB via scart but a 2130QM does not (is there a NON QM model of the 2130? And whats the difference?)
Some say I have to get a normal Scart to BNC cable because scart will have sync problems. Others say even a Scart to BNC cable will not work because I need clean-sync and the BNC cable just has composite sync so I either have to buy a sync strike or get a pretty expensive Scart to BNC clean sync cable.
I am so confused right now.
I would really appreciate your help
Thank you very much and have a nice weekend

(oh yeah is there some kind of list that lists the PVMs/BVMs by year and or quality? There is so many model numbers I have no idea which one is newer/better than another one) all I know is that the 2130qm seems to be from before 1995 (is that a problem? Is a 2000+ model so much better?)
