Well... it's hard to beat US$5 for a new copy of Vampire Hunter. It's a great game on the Saturn - the 2nd best non-ramcart fighter IMO (Street Fighter Zero 2-dash is the best fighter on the system as far as I'm concerned - ramcart or not). I find that 100% arcade perfect is not worth troubling over in the slightest if a game is a clear winner in terms of gameplay, fun and atmosphere. If you can get the arcade setup for $5, then I guess that's the best route. Otherwise, I'd recommend Vampire Hunter on the Saturn as its an amazing game and save your money for more games... furthermore I'd recommend Hunter over Savior (though only minimally... and I'd suggest getting both eventually if you've got a Saturn).
Depends on how often you're going to play them. 12 seconds of loading per round drives me nuts, as I have no patience. Anyways, you'd rather buy more games rather than a better version of your favourite? Not trying to be offensive, I respect that you care about gameplay unlike most of these hooligans, but I gotta question the logic there.
Anyways, unscathed, my local best buy has tons of CCC's in stock...I can help out if needed. It makes me sad seeing them there.
I was gonna ignore legends in favor of getting both memories packs, or at least the one with arcade-perfect G. Darius...does Legends have any exclusives?
Is Plump Pop running properly in mame? The control seems very odd, you think it'll be like arkanoid with pigs but you can only get into 3 spots. It says on bootup there's a bad rom so I'm wondering since the collection uses mame how it works on there.
