Cave's official product page updated on the 21st of April during Kan's preorder window, adding seven additional pieces of DLC. This DLC was added under the "stuff the install disc comes with" category:

The newer DLC is in light blue: two themes for Akai Katana, two gamerpic packs for Akai Katana, a second theme for Futari and two gamerpic packs for Futari. I went through the install disc's contents twice yesterday and couldn't find any of this.
In short:
- Kan's install disc not include the newer DLC as advertised, why?
- on booting the disc, it shows the non-Kan splash screen (

- according to an Amazon reviewer, some DLC doesn't even install properly
- according to another Amazon reviewer, this install disc is identical to the previous release's install disc. Even the filesize and dates modified when sticking it into a PC are exactly the same. I can test this myself if anyone actually cares.
To add insult to injury, the message asking people to contact Xbox Support actually says that there isn't any problem with the "contents" on the disc itself. What I'd really like to know is, why do we have to contact Xbox Support? And why do Cave somehow have Nin-nin's phone number? One Amazon reviewer implies they've been contacted and points out that it's an illegal exchange of personal information (precisely what I said in my previous post). This whole situation is a far bigger mess than people on this forum seem to understand.
