Quick question: I'm messing around with recording on MAMEUIFX 32 0.152 for funnsies and having an issue. When I select the game I use Record Input and it saves in the inp folder. This allows me to record without having severe lag which is what happens if I do the Record Game AVI video option.

The problem is that when I go to play back the file, it plays back the game and the all the moves I made with my ship...but in the wrong level 0_0 So it always starts at the aircraft level when I record and plays back in the forest level so I just watch all the moves I was doing when I actually played in the other level and die immediately....wtf.

You should back up the nvram files of the game before recording and then use those when you want to watch the replay. Otherwise the RNG seems to work wrong.

You can select your stage order in RF which may solve the desync issue, but I guess backing up NVRAM also works and would be consistent.

I promised myself I wouldn't play this game anymore, but here I am. Couldn't handle the temptation of a few credits during a break. Some improvement, boss on the fourth stage messed me up, its the medals I tells ya, too much pressure.
