How to use Slave ships:
Arcade version: Select a plane, hold up/down and press Start+A+B at the same time.
RFA: Hold B and hit start to begin, then select a ship by pressing A.

*I think the cloud stage is considered to be stage 4 by the game, but I played it after the arctic stage, which is normally considered to be stage 5... someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm pretty terrible at this game; I still haven't gotten past stage 3, and I can't trigger bonuses consistently.

Cloud stage is always level 6.

yeah, the stage counter just counts how many you've done, not which one is which. the cloud stage is after the train and arctic levels and is the end of "mission 2"; it has the "giant boss battle" like stage 3 (end of "mission 1"). then you go on to the final base level.

I'm kind of surprised to see the slaves are allowed. I always played this game with the standard Judge Spear, is there any reason not to use the slave given that it makes the game significantly easier? Also is it cool if I play on my 360 copy using arcade difficulty?

Slave just seems like the best bet, I don't know of a reason to use anything else.

Arcade difficulty in RFA is legit.

You can score higher with the Judge Spear. The WR was done with it btw.

Yep, it's the napalm tick damage. The difference shouldn't be too much.

The RFA leaderboards are regional, so you'll only see ones from the region your game is in. Scores on the RFA leaderboards are deleted after around a year of being on there for some reason. I don't know the exact time.

That, and I'm sure most of the people play Jet anyway.
