Someone at pcenginefx.com claims that a HOP-M3 CD pickup by Hitachi fits in a Duo/R/Rx. Can anyone confirm if they really work? They are pretty cheap, too. www.electronix.com is selling them for just $19.

Can someone identify which model this is? There are dozens of different types of Sanyo CD pickups.
If this is true then we finally have a solution to laser-wearing-out problem that befalls all PC Engines sooner or later!
