Mostly interested in lag/freezing and screen size/resolution.

I think it depends on the site and their bandwith. I watched Grand Prix Masters online. I think the window was 640x480 and there was no lag or freezing

You'll be lucky during the World Cup -- what with it being the biggest sporting event in the world, there are likely to be 'a few' people trying to get on each feed

Get on as early as you can is my advice (honed from years of trying to watch English Premier League games while I was supposed to be working
