Oretachi Geason - Pooyan (PS2)

I just got this and it doesn't seem to save high scores like the other releases have. It saves my screen settings (tate & screen size) but not the scores.

There's also a graphics glitch: Black vertical lines flashing toward the left of the screen. I don't know if this is just my particular copy or what. I'm really disappointed so far. They should be able to do better with a single 1982 arcade game on an entire PS2 disk.

Did anyone else get this game? I'd like to know if others have the same problems.
