Whoo, I just mixed some Mustard Power for today's dinner. We used to use pre-mixed Mustard, but after trying every brand we could find in the supermarket. None is satisfied.
I started to suspect that Mustard have to be in dry power form to preserve its favour. So today I purchase some Mustard Power and mixed them just before dinner. Wooo...
Anyone know more on this topic? Could you share with me?
