I don't know if this is old news. I assume this is a 2D shooter, right? It's already on Dreamcast, right?

Trizeal was on Dreamcast, I'm unsure if this is the same game but it's by Triangle Service.
Yes, the gameplay is 2D, but the graphics are 3D. It's a vertical scrolling shooter like the Dreamcast version.
