Dave_K. is planning to host the next Bay Area shmupmeet sometime in April (not early April, though). He will feature games developed by Psikyo this time. Let's discuss the details for the next shmupmeet here!

Pretty much any and all Psikyo games. I won't get specific yet until I can think up a competition thats fair.

I know I've been out of the scene of the while, but I'd be down for the next meet. I really suck at Psikyo games for the most part. Time to bust out Dragon Blaze again.

Did they take out Strikers 1999? I was there on Saturday and I saw the arcade guy doing something to that cab. I'll go this Saturday to check it out. It'd be sweet if all three - Raiden Fighters 2, Strikers 1999, and DDP are there.

Yeah, I got some bad news about your Strikers 1999 cab

.. unless it's been moved to the corner or something, DDP replaced it. I wonder what led them to get DDP..

I bought a whole box of Neon Genesis Evangelion trading toys off Play Asia, and it'll be great as prizes. The winner of the competition will get Eva 00, 01, and 02 in Type F equipment, which looks badass(Sorry, I am keeping the Rei and Asuka ones for myself

Haha, I mean I opened all of them already looking for the Rei and Asuka ones(they are the reason I bought a whole box, so I could get them), and I am keeping those for myself, since they are so darn cute.

What I want to see is Bernard going for a Strikers 1999 ALL.

29th works for me... I'm moving to AZ on the 8th of May so this will be my last Bay Area shmup meet.

While it's unlikely I'll find such a good bunch of people in Phoenix to shmup it up with. I'm hoping there is some action out there.

I was wondering if anyone from the LA area is coming to the shmup meet. I will try to make it on the April 29. I hope it fall on a Saturday cause i can't make it if it fall on Sunday. Well Dave_K its a been while since i posted, i'm pretty much busy finding a good place in this hell hole of bakersfield. I also think you should have Zero Gunner 2 playing as well since its a Psikyo shmup game.

Wow how could I forget this. ZG2 will be on the 36" vga monitor. Hope to have the player2 side fixed by then.
