HDMI switchbox (4+ inputs) without additional power input?

Does this exist or do this many HDMI inputs always require extra power? I understand for splitters its needed but I'm not sure about a switcher that basically just passes through the input to the output. For example these inexpensive ones:

Are okay, but ideally I would like more.

EDIT: Well it seems like they sort of exist but it kind of depends. According to this person on reddit you might be able to get away with it but depends on the switchbox and cable length (shorter = more likely). I'll take a chance on a 5 in 1 out box and see how it goes, if not no big deal.
