Ikegami 20-80RH RGB boots green

I saw someone had the same problem on this forum a few years ago but it never got resolved. My Ikegami 20-80RH boots green in only RGB. This does not happen in component or on the NTSC composite card. After about 30 mins the green heavily dies down and it almost becomes normal. When placing a grid on the screen it appears green tint comes from the horizontal lines. There is also a little bit of purple/blue ghosting on text. I’ve recapped the dual input board (video decoder board), the RGB out board, and the deflection board. I did not touch any of the metal surface mount caps. Since it gets better after “warming up” I assume a cap, transistor or resistor is out of spec, just don’t know what. Anyone have any ideas?
