For a CRT tv i use with RGB SCART that i don't have access to the service menu i would like to adjust the picture position and stretch.
For the position i noticed there's some stuff on aliexpress that seems to work ok, for example:

I'm looking for something like this that also allows to stretch (or shrink) the image in horizontal or vertical. I'm looking for a simple all-in-one solution like the linked device, so no complicated extron unit with custom cables and adapters and such, that might or might not be unobtainium. Is there such an option available?
