Extron Media Presentation Matrix Switcher MPX Plus 866A

Where can I find the latest firmware for Extron MPX Plus 866A? Do I require an Extron Insider account to download it and the DSP configurator software too?. I believe it to work only with the latest firmware as I have tried the other two older firmware (one came with it) with RGBHV video no signal success. I didn't test all signals yet. What is the easiest to see if it takes and recieves a signal? Buttons are all functional -- they lit up green, amber and red. Only power and that confirmed functioning as of now. Help please
