I have seen a very warped no signal image once or twice that disappears after a second.
I have recapped alot of the A board and done all the known to replace caps, after some testing I replaced what i think is the vertical IC AN5265 (EDIT: well after checking the service manual im completely off and thats the Audio out IC)and that did not fix, I did some live testing on the vertical IC pin 4 vcc? 0v and pin 2 output 5v so it looks like ther IC is not powering up
any directions that I should look at next as blindly using the multimeter is not working, I have a doner A board from a 14inch PVM that is damaged beyond repair but has some good parts on it that ive been using for testing / parts
