Two different USA GBA versions of Metal Slug Advance--WTF?!

At my local Gamestop today, (2/22/06 Wednesday) I noticed that in the used GBA cart section, I saw two different Metal Slug Advance carts -- one had the anime characters surrounded by the Metal Slug Advance title and the second but different sticker label version had just Metal Slug Advance printed on it without the anime character artwork.

Have you seen the two different USA GBA Metal Slug Advance carts?

And could the 2nd different printed version Metal Slug Advance be a second production run?

I did get a 1st production run version of Metal Slug Advance with the anime character artwork ( -- that much I do know about the 1st production run of the USA GBA Metal Slug Advance).

My original has the logo, with the characters on it. Haven't seen another label besides that one, but maybe they made two. Possible that other cart's a boot too.

It's gotta be a bootleg. Ask if you can take a look at it and check for these signs:

"Nintendo" in white lettering is not visible behind the contacts inside the cartridge casing.

Cartridge color is black.

There's a visible slot opening inside the cartridge.
