Steam Deathsmiles (2022) 4:3 Aspect Ratio

Bought Deathsmiles I-II on Steam after playing the original version in the arcades, but looks like it's forced 16:9.

Does anyone know if there is a fix/patch to make the game fullscreen 4:3? I'm playing on a CRT monitor.

There are options to change the size of the playing field in the menu that could potentially make it close to full screen. But since the game is made for 16:9 screens, there's only so far you can expand the play field.
