need help finding an old PC freeware shmup (2000-2004)

I hope somebody can help me finding this shmup....so i don't know the name and i only have vague memories of it. What i know is that the pixel art was pretty sharp. Also the color red was prominent.....maybe lol . The first boss was like the first boss in Cho Ren Sha. Also the bosses died exactly like in Cho Ren Sha but it was not Cho Ren Sha XD. Aside from the first Boss the game was vastly different.

Another thing that may help. It was available at a time where this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpWRg7vF9wQ (Galax) came out or was uploaded to every freeware site that existed back in the day. I am sure i found Galax and the game i am looking for on the same site. I know this is could be futile but i hope for shmup Sherlock to stop by and help me.

Since we have absolutely zero useful identifying details about the game such as confirmation it was vertical (likely?), horizontal, what weapon types there were, what the controls were, what the backgrounds looked like, any information about the enemies or bosses (saying they're like the first boss in CRS doesn't give us any specifically useful information, were they angelic looking, was it a boss against two enemies at once, was it a gimmick boss where you can get their attacks to hit each other like in CRS?) or anything really identifying, I'd recommend browsing this list of doujin games from that era, it's likely the name may jog your memory:

It wasn't free, but there was a title called Shiden that superficially resembles Cho Ren Sha (but isn't anywhere near as good); no idea if it's even available anywhere these days.

ohh i browsed the doujin sites for hours. could not find it..i don't remember the name either. All i can say is , yes it was a vertical shmup and the first boss was exactly like in Cho Ren Sha. Two boss enemies circling you and you could direct the big energy ball so they both would hit each other. Again the boss death animation was also very very very similiar to Cho Ren Sha. The round flash and white rays emerging from the boss before it blows into pieces. There could have been more similarities but i can not remember. Maybe it was even a Cho ren Sha clone.

As for Shiden...it is too old. The game i am looking for was already available in 2003 or even earlier or around that time.

I noticed that caiman.us still exists. I will try my luck there.

Is it Last Fighter D? Mostly going off of 'prominent red' and the first boss, who is actually similar to CRS' boss 2, not boss 1, but it's a guess, still.

No it isn't. Damn. The pixel art of this game was very good. It seems that it is gone from the net. I couldn't find it anywhere.

Could it be either of the Red Killer/Akamine games? No further guesses from me, even this one doesn't fully match. Bleh.
