Is there any more or less official leaderboard?

Hello. Im trying to find a more or less official leaderboard for japanese arcade games (specially shmups but not only). I know there is MARP for mame replays but is not the same and the scores from there are very far away from the ones of the japanese players. And the leaderboard of this forum too but yeah, not kind of what im looking for.
Also there is Twin galaxies but that is a joke. And i know in the japanese magazines they used to have some kind of official leaderboard but i dont know if there is a copy of that anywhere or if i can consult it as a non japanese speaker.
Is there such a thing out there?

Not really a leaderboard, but it has most of the world records history for shmups.

To be honest this is as close to a true leaderboard as you are going to get as far as I'm concerned. Without video the run may as well have not happened.
