anyone know of any good 20+ inch tvs to tate my shmups

hi all im looking for tv's that can tate without having to turn the monitor around for my ps2. does anyone know any cheap brands that can do it under 600-700 dollars. i want one that can be cnofigureed through the menu to tate.

I'm with you. He's making no sense.

Tate means taking a 4:3 ratio device, and rotating it 90 degrees in a particuar direction to be a 3:4 ratio display. This is not something you can do in software. This is physically taking the screen and flipping it.

So can the OP please clarify, or show us an example of what you're talking about?
