That 3D printed nerf blaster looks awesome -- does it use the worker dart clip setup? And are you accepting orders (as I'd be interested in buying one please -- just make the barrel is neon orange colored for safety purposes)? What's the estimated range with a dart and does the dart clip accept full-length or half-sized nerf darts?
The recently released and brand new for 2024 is the Nerf Pro Stryfe X with it's half-sized nerf darts + 11.1v lipo battery pack = insane nerf dart fun (it's currently sold out on amazon.com as usual).
Dude, you're supposed to get your own 3d printer, then post your newest printed toys in this topic! lol. And for the record Bambu Labs anniversary sale is going on now... entry level 3d printer for a mere $200! Same bed size as mine starts at $339! ...just sayin'
To answer your questions though, Stryfe X is about 150 FPS (and those flywheels like to eat away at darts in my limited experience... and darts cost literally triple the price of my real guns .22LR ammo, so that can add-up... we usually use just air-powered single-pump/shot springers like the above).
For my full-size blasters I aim for 200 FPS to be safe with the kids (nieces/nephews/their-parents/ect.). Those full-size ones are mostly 220+ FPS now though so might downgrade a bit. They all use normal Worker Talon half-dart mags (regular, NOT the angled ones). People say 200'+ at that FPS, but that HAS to be with a HUGE arc (which I have not, in any way, mastered yet... it's literally like shooting a bow and arrow which I always sucked at lol) - at this FPS these (and any other at same FPS) only shoot like 40-50' (if that) straight, so it's all about the arc.
For selling these, sorry to say just not worth it - they can take 40-60 hours EACH to print, and I only have a single printer. You CAN buy a complete kit from a place like OutOfDarts.com though, or GavinFuzzy on Etsy (which come with ALL the 3d printed parts + all the hardware you need; assemble yourself - pretty easy) for around $215-250ish though.
