Sony KV-F29SZ2 RGB Mod Help

Hi, I have a Trinitron KV-F29SZ2, (SCC-G71D-A chassis), Australia model with a CXA1587S jungle IC. Although there is infomation about similar sets online, there is little info on this particular one.
Pins 45,46 and 47 are RGB inputs that look like they have caps and resistors but dont go anywhere, would this be an appropriate place to inject rgb?
I am unsure of what is ment by :CHIP notation.

Edit - CHIP seems to mean that the component is surface mount.
Has anyone seen a datasheet for this chip or be able to help me identify the blanking pin and required voltage?
