Can't believe he is still doing it. He must be making some serious money.
What more can I say I wouldn't be here today if the old school didn't pave the way.

This is the type of guy who hurts the genre through piracy.

Fuck him. Hope he gets cancer.

Sorry to hear that. If you look on the bright side, I suppose you could give this guy negative feedback. Also, you get to try the games out to see how you like them.

LOL, no. I'm just playin'. I have all of those games (the ones I actually want anyways) and am waaaay savvy enough to spot a bottomfeeder like this dillhole.

It's just that this thread gave me the opportunity to fart around on the internet. Again!

Yeah, he's been at it since around summertime and is still enjoying a 100% feedback reputation. Of course, Ebay doesn't do shit as long as it gets its dues. And people who are too miserly to buy legit stuff and too retarded to know how to use file sharing happily keep buying his stuff.

That's what I don't understand... eBay really won't do anything about this guy who is blatantly selling pirated software?

So are you taking orders for punches? I'd like one after undamned gets his...

What would it take for Ebay to stop these guys? I mean...fuck... they wouldn't allow DC imports, which were legit games, and these "HK Testing copies"... what the fuck? It's one thing to stupid/beaurocratic, but Ebay simply has no soul.

It's not ebay's soul in question here. I mean what are they supposed to do? Send agents to his house? He does a decent enough job making his listing ambiguous enough so that ebay can't do much. I suspect that sooner or later (sooner I hope) he'll get his. Either a punch to the junk or kicked off ebay or both.

Has anybody here filed complaint with ebay? If the answer is no, let's let the douchebag bootlegger be the one who lacks soul and maybe ebay can just be a company that happens to not be owned/run by a bunch of importer game nerds.

I don't think they should arrest him or anything, but I think it's fairly clear that his items are not legit. Simply not allowing him to post that crap would be nice. Then again, there's bootlegged DVDs everywhere on Ebay. Until the publishers stand up to Ebay and tell them to fuck off, it won't stop, and I guess we really don't have the right to complain (unless we buy it). I, for one, don't shop on Ebay.

Check out the guy's 'about me' page, it's hilarious! I like how he goes on and on about the meaning of "authentic".

He sounds like a real moron. His store motto is " "Its all good" and "keepin it real" for your fun and entertainment "

Nothing new here, if you look at the foreign movies listed on ebay about 90% of them are bootlegs.
This industry has become 2 dimensional as it transcended into a 3D world.

He's not really trying to hide it much, is he? Hence the 100% feedback, I suspect. Oh well... maybe he'll convert a few new curious video game fans into shmuppers.

It is always pretty obvious when the games don't come with manuals.

I found a copy of Ikaruga DC on E-bay UK and thought I'd watch it and mabey have a crack at it when it was in the last day or so. I asked the seller if it was an original copy or a pirated one and sure enough it was the latter. I forgot to take the game off watch and I got a message off Ebay saying that the seller had been kicked off and not to proceed with any transactions. Good stuff!

I think to get these people booted off, someone has to report them. Mabey someone here can report them and we'll see what happens. Could be interesting.

I'm very tempted to buy something so I can then give him a negative pointing out it's all fake.

landshark: I'd inform local law enforcement, personally. People selling copies are scum-of-the-earth.

How about closing his auctions and permanently removing him from listing anything again so there is no possibility of people getting duped?

I can't see how those are ambiguous, Badly printed covers with dodgy cdr/dvdr labels and no instruction booklets. Pretty damn obvious.

What exactly are you trying to achieve with comments like this? People would rather call others immature names than support a site that is trying to do the right thing and create a decent fair marketplace? Grow up.

Good eyes. Maybe you should do the world a favor, get a job at ebay and then we wouldn't have this problem.

Grow up? LOL. You do nothing to solve the problem except gripe at some message board where everyone is a nerd and then act like I'm the problem because I am able to tell that people who import Japanese games are nerds. You have a very shaky grasp my son. You can moan at this forum all you like. It ain't solving the problem. Did you report this fool to ebay? Nah, just shumps.com.

Way to go freedom fighter.
