Panasonic Tau RGB mod help

i have a 20" dvd combo unit that i want to rgb mod but unsure how to wire it up correctly... reading the service manual confuses me alot but i was able to figure some things out

i uploaded complete service manual and specific pages to the micro controller and jungle chip . RGB colored dots and pink is blanking

i was able to trace the rgb lines and blanking line to the jungle chip. as to taping into it is where im lost, do i do it before or after the resistors in questioned R5314,R5315 & R5316?
do i need to add additional components like resistors etc ?

i havent taking it apart yet, all i have to go after is schematics
