I think the wiring is incorrect on my Retro-Access Genesis 2 cable. I just now for some reason got the 240p test suite running and the sound test is backwards. Went over and over my triple bypass installation then thought to take a multimeter with the cable plugged in and see how the audio jack is wired to rule that out, and it seems backwards?
Do TRS connectors always follow this for unbalanced stereo? I am feeding it into an Extron VGA Ars switch.
Tip - Left audio
Ring - Right audio
Sleeve - Ground
It's been quite awhile since I bought it, but I wonder if I could contact Retro-Access about it if it is backwards...
