Was browsing my email and came across the Arcade Heroes email announecment about Unico offering their own "Unico Arcade CRT Replacement LCD" 4:3 aspect ratio LCD-based monitors that accept 15.7kHz CGA @ 320 x 240 resolution (and higher) in 17", 19" and 26" sized formats. They are drop-in replacements for your traditional CRT-based arcade monitors if they are suffering from the dreaded "screen burn-in" issue. None of this wacky 5:4 sized LCD monitors shenanigans either. Perfect for use with Superguns as well.
Here's Unico USA's website:

Of course, the 26" sized LCD monitor is sold out but Unico USA plans to get another batch shipping in time for an August 2023 ordering offering.
It's just 1.0ms-1.5ms of lag time with the 26" sized 4:3 LCD monitor according to Unico USA's site (which is respectable indeed).
Just need to add an external scanline generator (such as the Toodles SLG add-on) to this particular monitor and you're good to go with the scanline issue addressed.
Note: These 4:3 LCD monitors are only available to ship within the USA as of right now and not available for international shipping for now.

Any info on how these are with motion blur? or how bright they get and deal with scanlines?

No BFI = Motion blur, always. Specially at 60hz.
