JVC crt not changing inputs

I have an JVC av-27FA44. It's currently stuck on channels only. I can switch between channel 3 and 4 for example but when I press input on my remote to switch it a console the screen briefly flashes like it's switching inputs but instead stays on whichever channel it's on. I've tried using my wii u gamepad as a remote and same results.

No it just became an issue the the past week. I bought it off of marketplace maybe 3 months ago, was using it and had no issues. I'm just learning more about CRTs, when I go into the service menu I don't see anything about factory resetting unfortunately.

Too bad. I'm pretty sure my 2000s Sony has a factory restore so I thought maybe yours did. Sorry can't be of more help, maybe someone else has seen the same issue though. You could post on the r/crtgaming sub you might reach a broader audience.
