Audio Authority 1154A red video in connector not working

The picture on my 1154A has turned green, yellow and blue, and no longer gives me red. I narrowed the problem down to the red connector on the video in (into the 1154A switch box). Unplugging the red rca in or out makes no difference to the picture. Is the device rendered useless or is there something that can be done?

This device was functioning great for me for years but I had it in a setup where the cables were pulling at an angle, and I guess over time the device just didn't like it.

Replace the RCA connector and see where you're at then. Given the info that you'd had it where the cables were pulling on it for a long time, you likely broke the connector.

This sounds easily fixable.

Somewhere inside the red connection broke. You just need to resolder it
