I own a Samsung UN40FH6030F, The input specs for this TV are:
- Component: 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p
- HDMI: 720p, 1080i. 1080p
Does this TV support 240p through component or 240p/480i/p through HDMI ?
On HD Retrovision's website it is mentioned that Samsung UN32N5300 supports 240p content through component in … there is a 43" version UN43N5300 ... does this one support 240p through component in as well ? what are the input specs(component in and HDMI in) for UN43N5300 ? I cant find anything in their manuals..
Does my HDTV support 240p content ?
Re: Does my HDTV support 240p content ?
never heard about HDMI outputting 240p directly unless it’s downscaled with a DAC. So component is your best bet.
