Looking for name of this old shmup (image included)

Hey all! New here (long time lurker/visitor to the site), and have written a few shmups myself, including Primitive Nightmare for the Dreamcast.

I recently saw this quick screen capture of what appears to be an old shmup on an episode of LGR (YouTube), and have looked around for clues as to its name. I don't have a YouTube account, so I didn't ask in the comments, but if anyone would know what the name of this game is, you guys would.

Can anyone help? Thanks much for any help offered.
