So, I picked up a LG DU-27FB32C.It’s, apparently, a commercial TV. So, it might have been used in a hotel or something like that. The menu button on the TV itself does nothing. I've tried many remotes, including a Harmony, a service remote, generic LG remotes and this special “Installers remote” and nothing. I even called LG and they couldn’t help.
Does anyone know any trick to unlocking the menu? I googled it and tried several ways it suggested. I’ve read a lot of the service manual. It talks about this installers menu, which I can’t access, and tells you how to disable the menu but not turn it back on.
Would really appreciate any help!
