Mikado Game Centre in Tokyo are continuing their fall shooting matsuri tradition, and off the top of my head this looks like it might be the biggest one yet:
10/6 Ikaruga
10/7 Valtric
10/10 Metal Hawk
10/11 Xexex
10/12 Noisz*Arc Coda
10/13 F/A
10/14 Slap Fight
10/15 Darius Gaiden
10/16 Thunder Cross
10/17 Valtric
10/18 Starblade
10/19 Grobda
10/21 Cotton Rock n' Roll EXA
10/24 Ordyne
10/25 Radiant Silvergun
10/26 Raiden III
10/27 P-47 Aces Kai
10/28 Gardia
10/31 Last Resort
11/1 Twinkle Star Sprites - Chantake vs. Peke
11/2 Mouja (Terashi Mode) [At least I think that's what this is saying?]
11/5 Salamander (MSX)
11/7 Gradius
11/11 US Navy
Some interesting stuff I've never heard of before, Jaleco's catalogue runs deeeep.
Salamander MSX is an interesting entry, bold someone submit that since that one is literally a one life game. Don't think they're gonna play with Smooth scroll patch because japan is iffy with ROMz and HACKz.
This is one of the few channels I check on a regular basis. Live play for 1cc is interesting to watch, because it often features different (usually safer) strategies than hi-score videos, or some interesting recoveries not found in hi-level play videos.

Plus, you don't know how it's going to end. Hi-score or 1cc runs have an obvious inevitability to them. And you don't know how many runs in a row it took them to get that one capture. Here, they might get some warmup, but they have to sit down and just go for it when the stream starts.
This no-shot Dot Eater Ikaruga run is one of the most impressive things I've seen. This guy made sure he was in the wrong polarity at every possible moment. And some of the collision-avoidance tricks broke my brain. After playing this game 800 times now you tell me you can just fly under the box walls in the middle of stage 2!?
I'm going to set up the Dreamcast and try this right now.
Okay, not only did I game over on stage 1, I managed to do this properly on my very first attempt at stage 2 without dying, which means normal humans can absolutely do it. Spoiler

Valtric is an awesome game, It's on my list for insta buy if ACA ever releases it. I would love to watch a 1cc attempt of that game live............If you ever get the chance to try it out, do it, it's a fun title.
