It seems they released a new package of tests/small games on Steam this past May, and I completely missed it!
It's called DELAY SIMULATOR / ゲーミングハード技能検定, and it features [Reflexes TEST] and [STICK TEST], a couple of shmup skill/hardware tests, plus the games [B-POINT] and [Bullet Bullet Bullet].

Along with the game, they released a piece of hardware, I believe to help measure input delay.
