SP Review: ThiGames "The Jumping" Series (PS4|5)

TRASHFALL FINAL II (PART XI)
SO, THIS CALLED "TRASH" HIT THE FORUM?
YES, FOR THE 50th TIME. IT IMPACTED IN SUGIURA BASE.

Poing, poing, poing, poing.
You'll be looking for the "MUTE" on the TV after two minutes.

Looks like today's trend is who makes the lamest excuse for a game. While Breakthrough Gaming is definitely the champion of that category, there's always who want to take the second place. ThiGames and their series of "The Jumping" games are a strong contender on the trash for cheap category along with Webnetic's abominations.

Basura, Basura Everywhere: The same trash game now with a Taco.

ThiGames apparently have the same principle as Webnetic and their "Hold R1 button" games which I've ripped apart in many, many reviews: Make a bad 1 button game, re-skin it and sell it again as a new game. Being The Jumping Burger the first entry, followed by The Jumping Taco, The Jumping Pizza, The Jumping Fries, and the upcoming The Jumping Hot Dog. ThiGames also released "Turbo" versions where the food jumps faster. Nothing short of poetry.
Graphically, it looks like an average flash game from a Family Friendly website as the backgrounds are quite well made, especially the kitchen in The Jumping Burger which has some nice decorations and feels quite 80-90s home. The music in both Burger and Pizza is a soft jazz-like ambient music that kinda fits the mood of the game, while in The Jumping Taco is a mexican inspired tune. The only thing that you'll hate about these games is the constant "Poing-Poing-Poing-Poing-Poing-Poing-Poing" as the food jumps constantly, making you grab the TV controller and press the "MUTE" button to shut it up until you get the trophies.

THE HUNGRY CURIOSITIES

Image
Even a Ninja Turtle will consider this game boring.

- Only The Jumping Burger requires 1,000 jumps to get all the trophies. The rest halves the required jumps.
- The taco depicted in The Jumping Taco resembles the Taco Bell styled taco.
- The background of The Jumping Taco is actually an Arizona Wild West-styled desert which breaks with the Mexican theme of the game.

Looks like those words came just in time, Nina.

Collectively, all these The Jumping games are lackluster in challenge factor and are, like Breakthrough Gaming and Webnetic, a pathetic recycle project that wants your $1.50 of your PlayStation account in return of cheap trophies.

Maverick knows where ThiGames deserves to go: The god-damned trash.

You know what I've learned after played these games?
That you'll be better buying a real burger, taco or pizza than picking any of these games.
