Feel stupid asking this but how can I turn on pink and blue bullets I tryed google translate but it’s useless I found a Japanese translation but can’t find a Korean?

Use your phone to translate. There's this app ( don't remember the name ) that you can download on your phone and scans the word, then translates it to your native language. Plus, it's not like Korean is this random language in a small unknown country. I'm sure there's a lot of different resources for Korean. Good luck.

Which version? I'm assuming you're on the PS4 physical release if you're dealing with Korean.

The Japanese translation guide should still be usable if the menu items are in the same order. Or did they move things around?

Considering the game got an english translation due to LRG version, it’s stupid it can’t download a patch to let you choose language. I also got Korean version, but I haven’t played it since years ago
