How many Time Bokan shmups are there for the PSX?

Xenocide files lists Bokan Desu Yo! and Bokan to Ippatsu, however, I've also run across something called Yattaman. Is this the same as either of the first two?

I believe that "Time Bokan Yatterman" is a PAL release of the first "Bokan" game: I saw it listed on a certain site, and while the cover art was the same as "Bokan Desu Yo" the screenshots appeared to be from "Bokan to Ippatsu." I'll see if I can find the site again...
