Extron RGB 203 Rxi colors are not vibrant after moving it

I moved to a new flat and took my Extron RGB 203 Rxi with me. When I plugged my VGA source back into my PVM, the colors are not as vibrant. I adjusted the knobs, but it appears that some bit(s) are missing in the color ramp, which suggests there might be an electronics issue. I plugged my source in directly via VGA -> RGB cables, and the colors looked fine. How can I further diagnose this? Might I be missing some jumper settings? I have a meter and a scope to test with, if it helps.

I had a unit where the red went out completely on input. I ended up just using one of the other 2 inputs. Didn't see anything where the cutoff points got altered.
