I come here asking for as much info as possible, where should I look at, what should I test, anything.
I bought a ESR Meter with in circuit testing but it's only going to arrive by the end of January next year, until then I'm gathering as much info.
At this point I also believe it's best to not use it.
EDIT: I've recapped the A Board and Power Supply, the lines would still show up and then quickly move out of the picture, but they are now starting to drop on top of the picture again, any help is appreciated.
