This one may be a bit indulgent but I figured I'd start the convo as I bet others are in the same boat. I am tired of having 12 consoles with 12 different controllers. I have Brook adaptors for most of the consoles so that they can use a USB controller (PS4 joystick, Astro Mini stick, etc.). Now I'm seeing if it makes sense to have those USB controllers routed to a matrix switch. I would like to fan out 2 or 3 USB sticks to 8+ consoles with USB adaptors.
KVMs seem like overkill. Are there good USB matrix switches? Anything I need to take into account for compatibility? Has anyone done this?
