Extron da4xi vga amp broken, C2G 29551 vga no output

I got a couple of vga distribution amps in a lot but I think one is broken and the other one I can't get output from.

The Extron has a blinking green light on the power indicator. I googled it but found nothing. Can this possibly be repaired or should I discard it?

The Cables to Go one powers on and if I plug it into the ossc it shows an odd resolution but I get no output on any monitor just a blank screen.
