Will OSSC Pro have seamless change from 240p to 480i?

When playing certain games on the Framemeister, like Chrono Trigger or Pokemon Stadium, there are certain moments when the game has to change from 240p to 480i, and this can be very annoying when using a Framemeister, as it takes a few seconds or so to bring the video back on. Will the OSSC Pro be able to handle this task better?
