However, the connector is a 6 pin mini fit:

How do I plug this into a regular socket at home?

You can use an arcade or Pico / Atx power supply. If your MVS is modded for working with 5volts, you can use an AC adapter too. e.q For the MV1C, 5V,3A is sufficient.

Thank you very much! This is my first supergun, so I'm new to this kind of stuff.

Any model in particular? Is there any cheap solution?

No, any atx should be fine, you just need to ground the pwr_on pin(green) for the power switch.
You can purchase arcade power supply from
http://www.hklegend.com.hk/images/photos/3/156-b.jpg?16
You can also modify it to run with 5v only by using the tutorials on

Red wires 5v, yellow wire 12v, black wires ground.

Its quick start manual is available here:

I am ordering one of these. I think it is one of the most used models out there.

I guess this is compatible with the Shogun, right? I'm afraid of frying my stuff, since I know nothing of electricity

Thank you once again.

Just in case, I would have this plugged into a gscartsw and then into an OSSC. Since superguns tend to have problems with such connections... Would I have to do anything special?

For DiegoPonga,

You can use a 14" sized Commodore Amiga 1080 or Amiga 1084S RGB monitor and have the Shogun supergun hooked up to the backside DB-9 RGB input. Here's a similiar Commodore RGB monitor listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Commodore-1902 ... SwMFhfpbS2

You'd just need a custom-made Scart to DB-9 rgb cable from the Shogun supergun to connect to the above rgb monitor & you're all set. No need for upscalers and whatnot. The Commodore RGB monitors display in 320 x 240 format in glorious & vibrant colors + no lag whatsoever. Just a pure solid overall presentation with up to 60fps framerate indeed.
