Battle Garegga Saturn Control Stick rotate

Hi all, cant for the life figure out hot to set my control stick to not
rotate while in tate mode, all menue is in jap.

thanks, interesting to note, though: you have to set menue to eng otherwise your control
stick will not automaticately fit to tate,too !
