BVM20 and 42HD adaptor

Hi all,
I have a Sony Monitor BVM-20F1E, which has been working great.
I acquired 2 BKM-42HD adaptors, which I was told were working fine.
I have put them into slots 2-3 but cant get the monitor to recognise them at all, the fans are going ,is about it
the monitor software is version 1.31.
Any help in getting these going would be appreciated.

BKM-42HD is for the BVM-D series. For 20F1 you can use BKM-2* cards. For 21D you need firmware 1.40 according to the manual.

That explains things..
I have had a 21D card running in it for ages with 1.31, but of course it is SD only.
