Any VGA to HDMI Solutions?
I am thinking of connecting my DreamCast in HD to some modern TV/Monitor. Any solutions?

These do a very good job and are cheap.
There's no added lag either

Re: Any VGA to HDMI Solutions?
Thanks you, That's seems to work.
The only reminding question is how it would hanle a 4:3 screen on a 16:9 monitor/TV.

Cheap converters won't apply the right sampling rate to your DC's output. You lose a little resolution and get some banding. Otherwise they'll work of course. They will rely on your TV to squeeze the image to 4:3 though.
Better solutions include an OSSC or an Extron converter like the RGB-HDMI 300 (often around $70, depending your location). Those will also upscale your image. The RGB-DVI 300 units also work, but only if you got a seperate audio input on your TV. Those are cheap though, only $30-40 and WAY better than any of the $20 dongles.

In my opinion, the best, most straightforward method to connect your DC to an HDMI display, assuming you have the budget, would be a DCDigital.
The DC's RGBHV output isn't quite VGA; it's 640x480 in a 720x480 frame, and most converters aren't going to be able to give you the correct aspect ratio from that. The DCDigital bypasses the analog encoder (and thus the frame encapsulation problem) altogether, and the OSSC can work around it.

of course that's the best, but it's at least a $200 solution including the Kit, installation and shipping. In my opinion, the best, most straightforward method to connect your DC to an HDMI display, assuming you have the budget, would be a DCDigital.
The Extron don't even need a to work around it. You can set the sampling resolution and the scaling aspect ratio indepently of each other. The DC's RGBHV output isn't quite VGA; it's 640x480 in a 720x480 frame, and most converters aren't going to be able to give you the correct aspect ratio from that. While the HDMI mod is great, it's only a VERY VERY subtle improvement above a good VGA solution plus a good scaling solution (OSSC and/or Extron).

Re: Any VGA to HDMI Solutions?
perfectly fine. The only downside is that you can't use it to get 15khz-only titles working through the same cabling and setup.
