So I connected the DC to two different displays using the Toro 15/31 kHz SCART switcher. But when I'm playing Marvel 1 & 2 the hitting effects and sound samples cut out on the left side of the screen even though the background music is playing. I made sure the red and white cables were plugged into the audio jack.
How do I fix this?

Make sure the cable for the Toro is fully seated in the Dreamcast. When I got mine, the connection was very tight, and I had to use some amount of force to get it fully in. Beyond that, make sure the connection between the dongle and the Toro is good, and that your stereo RCA cable doesn't have a break in it.
