Gamecube xeno modchip troubles

Hi there! Im new to this site and the modding community, I recently got a spice orange NTSC gamecube that was modded but when I go to play a PAL game (im in the UK)
Its not playing it right, i seen tons of videos where the xeno works with zero trouble but this isnt

Any reason why and how to fix?
